Pros

No pros just cons. Executive management treats their employees horribly. They are extremely unprofessional, unstable, and use intimidation tactics to try to get their way.

Cons

This is bank is unhealthy and executive management has drove it into the ground. They do not reward employees for their hard work. All they do is cut expenses and lay hard honest working people off. It’s disgusting how they are still in charge.

Terrible management

Pros

The paycheck was decent and always came on time, but the problems that come along with it just made me want to quit.

Cons

The lackluster training they provided new employees, as well as the lack of any kind of support from management, made it difficult for them to acclimate to the workplace, leading to lots of stress and decreased work efficiency. Overall treatment was terrible, with the managers having unprofessional attitudes. Hard work wasn't recognized by them at all, and the people that get any kind of reward are those that suck up to them.

Pros

I had never worked in a bank before this, so I wanted to gain experience, and I didn't like it much.

Cons

The top management was extremely arrogand and aggressive. These fake people wanted results at any cost. They even wanted employees to follow some unethical practices to achieve the ridiculous goals they had set. It was terrible to be pushed like that. I quit happily.
