Worst training Policies and Terrible Communication

Pros

The pay and benefits were a key reason people were attracted to this bank. Otherwise, there's nothing else that matters.

Cons

In my opinion, two factors led to the downfall of this bank as an employer. The first was the terrible training they offered, and the second was the huge communication gaps. The lack od training created a stressful and chaotic ambiance too often, and terrible communication from the management led to further chaos. I was always unsure how to handle the extreme stress and exhaustion and left as soon as possible I would avoid working here in the future.

Proceed with CAUTION

Pros

The only thing that was kind of good was the insurance.

Cons

Numerous issues that I can think of, including fast turnover rate, lack of professionalism, poor culture, and severe lack of communication. The high turnover rate speaks volumes about its inability to retain talented and committed employees. This instability negatively impacts productivity and customer service. Moreover, the overall lack of professionalism within the organization is evident in how employees are treated and how business is conducted. This culture fosters a negative and demoralizing work environment, where employees feel undervalued and unsupported. Overall, Axiom Bank fails to establish a professional, positive, and transparent work environment, which ultimately hinders both employee and organizational success. Would recommend anyone to proceed with caution.

Pros

The salary is okay, and I met a lot of great co-workers.

Cons

The combination of the fast-paced work environment and the management's carelessness results in a terrible workplace for the employees. Our supervisors were never there for us when we needed help. They are horrible leaders because they don't actually lead. They just stress us out and cause us to be exhausted as they dump a bunch of tasks on us.
