      Pros

      High and rising engineering and product standards at this company. Solid ads business, solid tech talent, overall great outlookfor a media company. Leadership is thoughtful, and the managers I interact with are extremely empathetic and patient. Most individuals here are good natured and smart. Cox deal was well timed and in my opinion, an excellent decision.

      Cons

      Overall compensation is actually quite competitive, especially now that a new 401k match is in place, but not always market leading for engineers.

      Team is legit - they are kind, no bs and care about this place and each other.

      Remote work is sometimes hard - finding more ways to connect would be beneficial.

      I've never worked at a place that sees being supportive of employees as a way of getting them to do their best work. It's a refreshing change.

      Career paths aren't always clear, but that's standard at a young, fast-growing company.
