Pros

The company overall and leadership is super transparent in their goals, and achievements. Everything moves pretty fast. Impressed with how organized things are in general as a small company.

Cons

Fast paced, a lot to grasp, and as long as you're open to a growing yet open to ideas type of environment - you'll love it here!

Great place to work

Pros

Great on boarding experience, the company does a great job of hiring very nice people. Company is very fast paced but at the same time cares about your well-being. ERGs allow for diversity and inclusion.

Cons

No 401K matching and no tuition reimbursement. But, there is a $100 work-from-home stipend for everyone to use to purchase whatever they want.
