      Pros

      Axios is an amazing place to work. It's small enough to feel like a start up: your voice is heard, you have the ability to work and directly affect a number of projects no matter your rank. But, it still operates at a great scale and keeps up with its legacy competitors. My colleagues are wonderful, smart and driven people that make me excited to go to work and management is super transparent, open and prioritizes communication.

      No real cons ... be prepared for a fast pace and the potential for extra hours

      Pros

      Axios has an incredible culture, a clear vision and strong leadership — all of which has been on display during the coronavirus downturn. There was a plan in place for a rainy day, quick and agile action when the pandemic hit, and regular communication from the CEO about how we were going to get through it. Everyone is completely bought in and pulling in the same direction. I am proud to work here, particularly now.

      Cons

      Because Axios is in the public eye there's a certain amount of scrutiny, and the style of reporting/writing may suit some journalists more than others.

      Amazing co-workers, growth & development opportunities, competitive pay, supportive management, engaging & meaningful work... Axios is a phenomenal company.
