      Pros

      I’ve never been part of a company or organization that offers this level of transparency from the leaders, inclusive culture and support groups (ERGs), great benefits, true appreciation for every single employee, and is filled with this many creative, ambitious, and genuine people. There’s a wonderful culture here and part of that is because of the People/Talent team’s thoughtful dedication to setting you up for success from the very first day and also continuing to find ways to enhance your experience here. This is a company that truly cares about their work and the people who make it all happen. And that is very rare.

      Cons

      This is a very fast-paced environment so that might not be for everyone.

      Pros

      Axios has an amazing work environment and truly positions every team member for success. The company really excels in bringing great ideas to life. Leadership is extremely transparent about every decision and move the company makes. Every employee is a part owner in the company through its stock option program.

      I have nothing negative to say about Axios. It's an amazing company!

      Pros

      -The people here are the best -Really great perks/benefits -People team seems like they actually listen and care -D&I is very clearly a focus It's by far the best environment I've worked in and very inspiring..

      Cons

      No real cons..usual startup woes, i.e. constant change, fast pace, sometimes path to growth is unclear but there's plenty of resources at the company to help with this
