      Pros

      I am constantly surrounded by talent who inspire me to do my best work and give more than 100%. The culture is a perfect pairing of startup spirit and the structure of a mature organization. The executive team makes it a priority to provide internal communication to the entire team, which is important to me. Despite being such a young company, they are dedicated to providing a welcoming and comfortable work environment for everyone.

      Cons

      You need to be comfortable with a scrappy, fast-paced and changing work environment. There's no time to be bored!

      - Transparent and supportive work environment. - Flexibility with schedule and time, if needed. - Independence to work on projects you believe are newsworthy and important. - Talented colleagues who genuinely care about each other and who want to create a media company that informs people while eliminating the noise. - Quick turnarounds and open communication with colleagues. The messaging system Slack has been vital.

      Cons

      - It's a startup, so some things are still in flux and decided on the fly. Not necessarily bad, just need to be easygoing.

      Pros

      This is my first start-up! I have loved being a part of a team that's been so successful in our first year. I feel my work has a real impact on the company. Very mission-driven people and with huge ambitions. Lots of room for professional growth. I love working with such smart and talented people every day!

      We move so quick it can be hard to keep up!
