      The benefits are good but that's about it

      Cons

      The management is horrible and all the management that wasn't is no longer there. They have a toxic work culture and bad behavior from upper management is swept under the rug.

      Pros

      Smart Brevity is not just a tagline at Axios - it's in the culture DNA. The people are as intelligent and talented as I've seen. They're devoted to making people smarter, faster about the topics that matter. The Client Partnerships team is devoted to helping clients tell their stories about how they're impacting the world. In media, that is a very exciting place to be. Leadership is available, transparent and devoted to the mission.

      Cons

      It's still a young company battling through the challenges that every company faces in a pandemic, but overall I think Axios is handling it much better than most.

      Pros

      Incredible laboratory for innovation, creativity, fusion, media, business, visuals, networking and storytelling.

      Cons

      I don't have any real cons. This is one of the happiest, most motivated workplaces in the US that I know of.
