Pros

First and foremost, the transparency and candor in which our company operates. There are multiple avenues in which we share company updates and strategy - and our founders willingly answer literally any question a staffer has about either. Even though we're a fast-growing start-up, we've invested in our people and the systems to help foster an inclusive environment. In less than two years, we've implemented performance management practices, goal setting, a diversity and inclusion leadership group and the list goes on. I've never had these initiatives at previous companies.

Cons

If you want to just clock-in and clock-out everyday, this isn't the place for you. You need ambition, passion and dedication to thrive here.

Pros

Employees can work remotely. There are also a lot of high-performing employees in the company and they have fun retreats.

Cons

People often work after hours to finish the work since there is a high expectation for the team. They are very serious with Performance management and if you fail to adapt to the high volume and fast-paced environment, you will probably not last long. When I was hired, I was told that my hours could be flexible, but you are expected to work during office hours and work does not stop even on holidays. I found myself thinking about work even on my PTO or company holidays. There's not much work-life balance. People here can also be mean.
