Pros

We have a huge People Operations team that helps drives culture, D&I work, etc, so we have a lot of resources to support us. Axios has a more distinct culture than I have ever experienced before and it is very cool to be a part of that. We are growing quickly, so there are ample opportunities for growth. I work on a great team and under a great management, and I'm not the only one. It is great to be a part of a successful start-up, for once!

Cons

We are still very young and experiencing the growing pains that come with fast growth.

Pros

Wide variety of challenging and fulfilling projects for both writers and editors. Flexible work arrangements. Smart and dedicated coworkers. Company founders inspire confidence because they've successfully done this before (co-founded Politico).

Cons

No cons after one year.
