Pros

There is a lot of opportunities to try new things and be innovative. Managers are excited to hear and try new ideas. There is definitely a culture of "learning" here and I really enjoy that aspect. I love that I get to come to work everyday and work with smart and driven people. There is something so refreshing about working for a company that works everyday to create the best experience for our readers, customers, and clients on every front.

Cons

It is a start-up so be prepared to live in ambiguity!

Pros

Super smart people, with a great attitude, working to get things done Willingness to innovate and try new things The chance to work on hard and important journalistic problems

Cons

Solving all those things is hard! Also bridging the gap between the culture and expectations of technology development and a breaking news cycle has some growing pains...we're working on it.
