* Relaxed work environment (great for lazy people)

Cons

*Poor Salary and benefits * Witnessed harassment whilst at the work place, was very disappointed that management did very little about it * I also experienced an older employee make a racist comment whilst I was sitting with a manager at lunch and the manager pretended nothing happened. * failed to provide growth opportunity *pointless meetings were the boss would ramble for hours despite being told several times that they needs to be better with time management!

Pros

Growing fast, company benefits such as free breakfast every day, commuters bike, fitness stipend. Flexibility in the working hours, implementing core hours, lots of company activities. Extra insurance package and added funds during paternal/maternal leave. High work/life balance.

Cons

No to little information regarding the career development path, low interest in employee side skills, overall low starting salaries with slow salary development. Axis culture nurture the core way it have been doing business in the past quickly shooting down anyone who offers criticism. Axis have offices all around the world but little chance for employees to go and see/work at other locations other than the main employment location. Anonymous CEO/top management.
