Pros

Some nice people. Money to burn for employee travel. Still not profitable decades later.

Cons

Poor processes - disorganized. One VP will promise the world and never deliver anything he promises, he will also not put anything in writing so take notes, I did. - wants you to set up all operations for a low level position. Pay is very low for industry standards. Their behavior can be overbearing and demanding - no insight there. Those at senior levels think they know it all - definitely an attitude problem amongst some people. in translational medicine.

Plenty of overtime opportunities if you are into that.

Cons

The CEO doesn't care about employees, only the bottom line. All of her directives lead to wringing employees out dry for as little pay as possible. She even fought to keep people at the office when the pandemic was unfolding, even with no real need to physically be in an office. High up managers have been overheard saying that the whole COVID situation is a hoax (and this is supposedly a MEDICAL company). They expect you to do the work of 3 people. Don't look forward to getting home on time to enjoy dinner with your family - it won't happen. Ever. But don't worry - you will be rewarded for your hard work with a new coffee mug once a year.
