      Healthy, team-oriented culture. Meaningful mission everyone actually believes in.

      Cons

      Relatively younger company so still figuring some things out around HR, comp, leveling, etc.

      -mission is incredible. You feel like you have a impact on society. -talent is bar raising. constantly find yourself surrounded by extremely talented people who are challenging the status quo. -great benefits and pay

      Cons

      -growing at an incredibly fast pace. -recommend continuing to invest in tools, processes, etc.

      Great Place to Work

      Pros

      The people you work with here are amazing. I learn something new from people on my team on a regular basis. It is very easy to ask for help and everyone is willing to help you get to your answer. Pay is fair, unlimited PTO is a great benefit, there is good healthcare and resources for mental health as well.

      Cons

      There are some politics within the upper management regarding favoritism with employees who have been here for a long time. There are some people who are protected due to who they are friends with. As long as you do your job and a nice to work with you should be fine though.
