      Pros

      When you first come in they tell you that they like to cross train everyone.

      Cons

      Not True, They teach for failure. They never cross train you and if you are finished with your job, and ask to help and train in the other areas they tell you no and a week later cancel your contract. IF your at the end by Laser Alignment, you will never be there more than 3 months. The majority of the employees seem to be poor uneducated women.

      Pros

      CEO is mission-driven, knows what he wants to accomplish, and believes in what he does and the people that make it happen. Much of the lower and middle management keeps their teams focused. The best teams provide amazing learning opportunities and career growth.

      Cons

      CTO and C-Suite are slowly turning Axon into another Amazon. Stack ranking, forces team members to compete against each other for promotions and raises. Undermines "Join Forces" and "Win Right." As much as Rick is mission-driven, the CTO is image-driven. Difficult to get the resources we need to get our jobs done. Can't approve expenses for computers, and IT doesn't have computers and equipment.
