      Pros

      I enjoy working at Axon. The team is really good technically and eager to help. It is easy to get work done (not much red tape at all) and I've made many good friends here. We are growing fast, so there are many opportunities for career growth. Leadership is good, trusting of employees and a strong believer in the company's mission and values. Also benefits are great, among others, a free Tesla for software developer hires

      The normal pains of growing so fast, it's been hard for recruiting to keep up with the influx of candidates.

      Excited to work with people who are passionate about the mission and proud of the work being done. Supportive coworkers. Fast-paced environment with a lot of drive. Good opportunity for growth. Getting into exciting areas of tech.

      kids running the company and no idea how to treat people except for stupid t shirts, parties and self indulgent behaviour. Very happy to be away from this TOXIC group of artificial so called professionals!
