      - Great people to work with - Management team listens and is open to change - Company really cares about make the world a better place (products that save lives) - Lots of cool technology - Awesome building to work in

      - There is a fair amount of office politics, for a company as small as they are. - Software business unit is small, lack of mentors or people with significant experience

      Pros

      Hans Marrero is a great person if you get to meet him

      Cons

      All of the smart employees don't stay around very long. No loyalty between employees. No loyalty between employees and managers.. Mass lay-offs, weekly firings. Not to mention working with a product that by nature has many safety concerns.. that you will have to spin positive.. and it will leave you with many sleepless nights wondering..

      Very unique, leading edge products makes for an intriguing environment to work in. The office building is very high-tech and glamorous.

      Cons

      Despite leadership's intent to 'develop' within, the company has no career path program, and continues to onboard outside of the company.
