      Pros

      Executive leadership very self aware, high caliber software investors on Board of Directors, company is changing, lots of transparency, converging on SaaS in addition to weapons sales. Safe place to work for high performers.

      Growing pains transitioning from single product to multiple products.

      TASER is not only a fun, exciting place to work, but it is the kind of company that is making difference in the world. Because TASER isn't a huge corporation, there are lots of opportunities to take responsibility and have a direct impact on the business

      Cons

      Sometimes being at a smaller company presents challenges, usually in terms of being limited in resources (human more than financial)
