      Offers a good annual salary by Vietnam standards, but the final amount will depend on your negotiation.

      Cons

      It feels like a toxic culture, where doing your best work matters less than communicating the most. I hope this dynamic only exists at the very low levels and doesn't reflect the broader culture.
