Pros

I received a significant increase in compensation for a less heavy workload. The company is growing quickly and has a strong mission. The leadership maintains a level of transparency with employees. While work/life balance may not always be priority one, in every role, they do recognize employees for hard work.

Cons

Chaos reigns during this spurt in growth. Onboarding can be a bit touch and go.
