A Bitter Journey at Axon

Pros

Good products and Mission : The reason I joined this Org.

Cons

#BadCulture #Racism #NoFuture I joined Axon full of hope and excitement, eager to make a difference in a mission I believed in. Sadly, my experience turned into a heartbreaking chapter that I can’t shake off. From the start, I felt lost in a sea of uncertainty. Senior management at HQ seemed distant and disconnected from the everyday struggles we faced in our region. We rarely received the guidance or support we desperately needed, and it felt like we were navigating challenges alone. The lack of communication created a culture where our voices went unheard, making it hard to know if our efforts even mattered. As time went on, it became clear that many of us were working tirelessly without any feedback or insight into our performance. I often wondered how we were doing, if we were on the right track, or if there were issues we needed to address. To add to the pain, I also faced instances of racism within the organization, which made an already difficult environment even harder to navigate. It’s disheartening to feel marginalized in a place where everyone should feel valued and included. Then came the day that changed everything: I, along with several colleagues, received the shocking news that we were being let go. It was a devastating blow, one that left us feeling discarded and undervalued. What hurt the most was the lack of connection and camaraderie. I longed for an open culture where we could share our struggles and successes. Instead, it felt like we were invisible, and our hard work went unrecognized. My heart aches for those who are still there, hoping for a better environment that values their contributions. If you’re considering joining Axon, I urge you to think carefully. Your talents deserve to be nurtured in a place that appreciates you. I left Axon not just as an employee, but as someone who dreamed of making an impact. I hope for better days ahead—for myself and for everyone searching for a workplace where they can truly thrive.
