the culture within the engineering team is very inclusive. I can see they try to build a friendly/helpful environments for the junior engineers to advance in their career.

Cons

- The salary is low compared to larger tech companies - work is on the busier end compared to the industry average

Business is profitable. Great colleagues.

Cons

SRE manager is toxic. Routinely fires employees. Most (if not all) of the employees the manager brought to the team has been fired.
