the culture within the engineering team is very inclusive. I can see they try to build a friendly/helpful environments for the junior engineers to advance in their career.

Cons

- The salary is low compared to larger tech companies - work is on the busier end compared to the industry average

Disappointing Shift

Pros

Amazing engineers and a great collaborative place to work, utilizing and not afraid to delve into newer technologies.

Cons

Management constantly turning worse, bringing in a toxic culture with them along with incompetency. Also likely a one-off experience but had almost no guidance and opportunities for growth for my level, despite expressing my enthusiasm. Strong internal engineering culture holds it together, but is not exactly sustainable.
