2yAt Axos, we reward individual performance, given our meritocracy, to maximize personal growth and provide ongoing opportunities. Our compensation packages are competitive and comprise a base salary plus a discretionary, merit-based bonus paid out twice a year split between cash and equity. The upside potential of the equity paid out in restricted stock units (RSU) is to generate wealth that an all-cash bonus doesn’t offer. Your receipt of a share grant is indicative of our desire to provide you with an ownership stake that offers long term value.
