Pros

Axos Bank is a stellar Financial Institution to work at. Entering my 19th career in banking, and having worked at the biggest to mid-sized banks - the entrepreneurial spirit, team work and what Axos stands for is a breath of fresh air. Axos Bank is One of One, and we are in growth mode. Watch this space!

Cons

I have not seen any downsides from my time here.

Cons

pay, most jobs are in office but will allow remote every now and then, high turnover due to people leaving for higher paying jobs

At Axos, we reward individual performance, given our meritocracy, to maximize personal growth and provide ongoing opportunities. Our compensation packages are competitive and comprise a base salary plus a discretionary, merit-based bonus paid out twice a year split between cash and equity. The upside potential of the equity paid out in restricted stock units (RSU) is to generate wealth that an all-cash bonus doesn’t offer. Your receipt of a share grant is indicative of our desire to provide you with an ownership stake that offers long term value.
