2yOur Junior Banking Analyst (JBA) program is a training & development program. We provide our JBAs with monthly Lunch & Learns taught by executives in the bank, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, Mortgage Banker's Association trainings, and one-on-one trainings with managers and tenured JBAs. Additionally, we have a designated program coordinator and monthly Fun Committee events that promote a positive experience.
