Our Jr. Business & Technology Analyst program provides hands-on training and development through rotations within Tech. Pros

Pretty much just the location and Tom Constantine the CCO. One of the few people that seemed to be genuinely authentic and a straight shooter.

Cons

Making less money than the people cleaning the building. Managers are very hit or miss, all depends on the rotation you are put in.

Our team is regularly reviewing the compensation for our early career programs. We provide many training and development opportunities in this program that you would not find elsewhere as a benefit to being in the JBA program. After completion of this program, analysts are positioned for an accelerated career path at Axos.

Pros

work life balance, great coworkers, fun place to work at, great place to gain experience, company is heading in the right direction and I assume will be a big player in the future.

Cons

pay, most jobs are in office but will allow remote every now and then, high turnover due to people leaving for higher paying jobs

At Axos, we reward individual performance, given our meritocracy, to maximize personal growth and provide ongoing opportunities. Our compensation packages are competitive and comprise a base salary plus a discretionary, merit-based bonus paid out twice a year split between cash and equity. The upside potential of the equity paid out in restricted stock units (RSU) is to generate wealth that an all-cash bonus doesn’t offer. Your receipt of a share grant is indicative of our desire to provide you with an ownership stake that offers long term value.
