JBA program allows college graduates to get experience in Banking. High performers are given opportunities to expand their work and get promoted quickly.

Cons

Axos is still growing and developing on a consistent basis. Axos Bank is not as well known as other major banks, but it is one of the best performing banks.

Nice break room, good parking, windows around the perimeter of the building floor

Cons

Cubical city with very little interaction among team members. There is no HR presence in the Omaha office and employees have no idea as to how they contribute to the overall goals of the company. There are only managers tracking time - no leaders. And the parent company itself (headquartered in San Diego) seems quite shady.
