Pros

Team works well together and often collaborates with other teams. During my time at Axos I've really gotten to appreciate and grow from my teammates.

Cons

Company pays low and does not take care of its employees. Promises rewards based on merit, but rarely rewards employees. My experience: worked in a small team and increased performance by nearly 100%, was told I needed to wait until review period for them to CONSIDER a raise (which was been told aren't much and often come later).

Every six months, you have the opportunity to highlight what you have accomplished and where you would like to go in your career. And annually, depending on when you start, you are eligible for a salary increase. We encourage you to voice your recommendations in your semi-annual Impact Statement, which our CEO reads. It can be a great way to get noticed for your contributions, recommendations, and ambitions.

This company is a great place to start out and I'll forever be grateful they gave me a shot and got my career started

Cons

It is impossible to get a promotion or raise here without years of time invested despite how deserving you may be. Most things require approval from the CEO for basic tasks. For that reason it'll always be a great place to start but not to stay.
