While other banks are failing and/or struggling, Axos has done a great job of mitigating risk and is in a strong place financially.

Pay is above average, benefits are good

Cons

Office politics is out of control, upper management are not in sync and tries to out do each other, flexible work schedule means work at anytime of the day or night, initially said day shift during recruitment but it was actually night. Management expects high level output but provides little support. Product owners don't know what they are doing. Says they are agile but in reality and implementation it is not.

Celebrating my 3 year anniversary with Axos Bank today. I could not be more happy and glad I made the switch. The Culture here is the best Ive been a part of in my 25+ year career.

Cons

No complaints here. Leadership is great, flexible, and supportive.
