Pros

The workdays are structured clearly but we still have the flexibility to manage and prioritize our tasks. Clear expectations for performance. Tools that help us meet goals, not just track them. Growth through constant training and support. Regular check-ins that keeps everybody on track.

Cons

Some of the older systems and tools we use needs updating.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for highlighting the supportive team culture, clear processes, and benefits. We maintain clear expectations for professionalism, collaboration, and growth across the organization. Compensation is benchmarked to industry standards to remain competitive. For career development, employees should partner with their manager to align goals, development plans, and mobility opportunities.

Pros

Pay was good starting my career but not sustainable

Cons

Wish there was more structure in the company. Everything just moves at the pace management wants to go and it’s up to the BU to “figure out”

The Jr. Banking Analyst program is a structured rotational experience in which analysts complete three to four six month rotations across various business units. Each rotation increases in complexity as participants progress through the program. If you have any concerns about workload, we encourage you to discuss them with your dedicated program manager.
