We are working hard to keep up with the growth at Axos and our growing staffing needs. We did not worry about cutbacks or that we would lose any benefits, and we worked hard to keep up with the demands of our jobs. Our management training has been reinstated. As a meritocracy, we believe that success is earned. We reward individuals on the basis of their achievements. As stated in our first value, if something is getting in the way of your full emotional involvement in your work and impacting your ability to have a positive attitude, it is your responsibility to discuss this with your manager. While we appreciate your review, it is not a requirement for employees to leave Glassdoor reviews.

Pros

Coworkers are cool. Some of management are cool.

Cons

Low pay, rarely get acknowledged for your contributions, and department management is clique-ish. Way too much office politics.
