Pros

The pay is decent, but it hardly makes up for the misery that comes with the job.

Cons

The managers at Axos Bank are insufferable and full of themselves. Every interaction feels like walking into a storm of arrogance and disrespect. The workload is crushing, the hours endless, and the atmosphere drains every ounce of motivation. Dealing with such unpleasant and self-centered managers turns each day into a test of patience and endurance.

Pros

A lot of responsibility that comes with a lot of growth. That’s a big plus if you like variety and leading projects. Mentoring developers and making sure integrations work in the real world is great. Competitive compensation and benefits. Good bonus potential.

Cons

Expectations are high, and projects move quickly.

Pros

The job gives you exposure to different projects and departments, which helps you build new skills. The pay and benefits are decent, nothing impressive. The workload often varies -- good balance some weeks, but quite overwhelming other weeks. There are learning opportunities although career progress can be a bit slow. Overall, it is an okay place to work, with both positives and negatives.

Cons

Communication across teams isn't always good, which can slow things down.
