4yThanks for taking the time to share your input. It seems like we agree on a key item: Axos really *is* about controlling your destiny. The key to understanding our compensation structure is the bonus component, which is very much in keeping with our meritocratic culture. By linking bonuses to goals and by not setting a cap on bonuses, we incentivize performance that goes beyond expectations. Individuals who demonstrably exceed their goals will naturally earn more in bonuses than those who meet them. this in turn fosters a culture in which those who continuously raise the bar thrive -- and are compensated accordingly.
