I am so thankful a year ago I made the decision to come on board with AXOS Bank. Not being a household name gave me some pause but, I quickly realized its not the name you should be concerned with but, its the people! I can't say enough good things about everyone I work with and/or come in contact with at the bank. I love my job and love the culture this bank strives to create each and ever day. I am bless they took a chance on me.

no real cons here. just some growing pains you get with any ambitious company trying to establish their footing.

Turnover is a challenge for many employers these days, but we're making investments in our training and career-pathing capacity. Our culture *is* vibrant and strong: we're a meritocracy that believes success is earned, and one that gains its collective strength by relying on the internal resourcefulness of each individual. We recognize our culture may not be the right fit for everyone, and that's OK.

Pros

Axos values their employees and they reward hard work. The company culture is the best I have ever experienced. I've been here three months and I already feel the people I work with are great friends. The recruitment process was awesome, and the recruiter was helpful and made my onboarding so smooth. The CEO is an incredible leader who cares about his employees and takes the time to get to know them when you interact with him. I love working for Axos. As a younger person, I also love seeing other young people in leadership roles.

Cons

Wish there was a little more flexibility to work remotely.
