Positive working environment with many successful bankers who take ownership in working for Axos Bank. We work hard but so much success but we work efficiently to providing "The White Glove Service". The Management Team cares about it's people and are always available to assist as needed. We work together as a team and find new ways to assisting our prospects and existing clients with their banking needs. Love working for Axos Bank!!

Cons

This is not your retail bank. We work different to show the Business Owners how to work efficiently with time management and how to do all their banking online. Once our clients are trained on the online platform, they love our products and services.

Competitive work environment with tons of learning opportunities in every department. Axos hired me to work in-person amidst the pandemic with minimal prior experience and I will always be grateful for that.
