      People are nice and the work isn’t too bad either. Office is really nice.

      They just toss you in with not much raining.

Looks like you have the good fortune of being part of our Junior Banking Analyst program, an immersive, two-year program that gives participants hands-on exposure to mortgage banking, credit, lending, operations, and more. There's definitely a learn-by-doing nature to the program, but the many graduates who have gone on to successful careers at the bank consider that a real plus!
