Pros

Cool office location, great collegial atmosphere and young environment due to overhiring to supplement high turnover.

Cons

Nepotism, favoritism (not meritocracy whatsoever), administrative work, management does not care about JBAs. Working here out of college puts you behind your peers that went off to work at other banks.

We're extremely proud of our Junior Banking Analyst program, which is designed for early-career individuals interested in gaining exposure to mortgage banking, credit, risk management, lending, operations, and other Axos business functional areas. At the conclusion of the immersive 2-year program, analysts have the opportunity to become a full-time employee within one of the related business units. In fact, since the start of 2020 alone, over 30 junior banking analysts have either graduated or are about to graduate the program. These individuals have taken or are taking permanent positions of greater responsibility at Axos. In short, we care a lot about the program and the talented analysts who are thriving in it. It sounds like Axos wasn't a good fit for you, and we hope you find an opportunity that is better suited to your needs.

Sorry to hear this feedback, particularly as it relates to customer care. The fact is that we're obsessed with our customers, and we take great pains to constantly listen to their voice and understand how we can improve the customer experience. It sounds like we need to do a better job to communicate that message internally.

Pros

Nothing company culture has bottomed out

Cons

During the height of the pandemic, they made all employees come back to the office. Then if someone got sick they would send that team home but well after the fact. Management was smug and didn’t care if you got sick. Just told people to stay home but everyone is so overworked how can they. Most everyone has laptops and working from home was working great. No reason to put people in danger but this company doesn’t care about the employees at all. They are ultra focused on money no matter the business they will take it even though they never upgraded the systems to handle the growth. Absolute joke of a company!
