Pros

My department was well funded, and I felt like I was able to get additional resources as needed. I also earned good salary for my job duties.

Cons

Terrible work environment, no teamwork or collaboration and senior management was very difficult to work with. Especially the "chief performance officer"

Pros

Location - Right next to UTC Mall, and overall beautiful campus. 9 to 5 on most days.

Cons

Management has 0 amount of consideration for you as a human. Work work work and work some more. They use “merit-based culture” as an excuse to work you like a horse, without proper compensation and without promotions and without recognitions. Management will always throw you under the bus, when and where possible. Micro-managing your every move on the computer down to tracking when you log in and log it, what websites you browse, and how long your keyboard and mouse were active. There is NO RESPECT or CONSIDERATION for your personal needs and flexibility you may need. My management constantly judged me and hindered my growth and limited my opportunities for prioritizing my personal emergencies/needs as the Pandemic was happening, calling all of it an excuse. Overall, no culture, no organization, no real vision, no communication, no morals, and no respect.

Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback. Praising the 9-5 nature of the work while at the same time voicing frustration about having to work hard may strike some observers as an interesting contrast. Setting that aside, we're extremely transparent about our meritocratic culture, in which team members are rewarded for their achievements. At the same time, we also place a premium on character, which we define as being built on trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness and caring. We're sorry to hear you feel disrespected, unfairly judged, and not trusted, and we hope you find a better fit.
