You nailed it: it's tough to keep up with the huge growth we're experiencing. Well over half of the 200+ open positions we're trying to fill right now are newly created roles. But if you spread the word to your network it can be mutually beneficial: If as a current Axos team member you refer a friend or contact who gets hired, you can earn a cash bonus!

Thanks for taking the time to share feedback. You mentioned that the bonuses paid every 6 months are among the pros but also said pay could be better. Most team members have a nominal bonus target that they can hit by meeting performance expectations. But it's worth keeping in mind that this target is in many ways a floor, not a ceiling. In our meritocratic culture, we reward results -- which means team members who exceed their performance objectives can be rewarded handsomely in the form of bonuses that exceed the target.
