      Pros

      Company culture is amazing and management teams are very open minded to the employee's opinion. Lots of resources that employees have access to learn and use as future growth and success. HQ has really nice waterfall right in front of office and it's so relaxing!

      Cons

      I haven't found any cons for working at Axos so far!

      Pros

      Axos Bank has a strong company culture and attracts fantastic people. Everyone is approachable, friendly, and motivated to reach company goals. The expectations are clear and people are willing to work with new employees to show them the systems and processes to meet their goals.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't as robust as some of my previous employers and do not kick in immediately.

      Pros

      I am so thankful a year ago I made the decision to come on board with AXOS Bank. Not being a household name gave me some pause but, I quickly realized its not the name you should be concerned with but, its the people! I can't say enough good things about everyone I work with and/or come in contact with at the bank. I love my job and love the culture this bank strives to create each and ever day. I am bless they took a chance on me.

      no real cons here. just some growing pains you get with any ambitious company trying to establish their footing.
