Axos values their employees and they reward hard work. The company culture is the best I have ever experienced. I've been here three months and I already feel the people I work with are great friends. The recruitment process was awesome, and the recruiter was helpful and made my onboarding so smooth. The CEO is an incredible leader who cares about his employees and takes the time to get to know them when you interact with him. I love working for Axos. As a younger person, I also love seeing other young people in leadership roles.

Cons

Wish there was a little more flexibility to work remotely.

Pros

Positive working environment with many successful bankers who take ownership in working for Axos Bank. We work hard but so much success but we work efficiently to providing "The White Glove Service". The Management Team cares about it's people and are always available to assist as needed. We work together as a team and find new ways to assisting our prospects and existing clients with their banking needs. Love working for Axos Bank!!

Cons

This is not your retail bank. We work different to show the Business Owners how to work efficiently with time management and how to do all their banking online. Once our clients are trained on the online platform, they love our products and services.
