      Axos has helped me start and grow my career in banking. I had no experience when I was hired and now I've moved up!

      There aren't any downsides to working here that I've seen.

      Things are very consistent and expectations are clear. The expectations are high in order to offer the very best experience possible.

      Cons

      The job demands extra hours which is pretty standard with current climate in the mortgage industry.
