Great learning environment, you get hands on experience from the very beginning working cross functionally with different teams to help improve client satisfaction and bank efficiency.

Cons

Base pay is low. This can be seen as a con by some, however the bank offers generous bonuses for the top share of workers. If you are an ambitious, intelligent individual you will be compensated accordingly.
