I recently just started and I am excited to be a part of the company growth. I was able to connect with several managers in various departments from Internal Audit to IT. Every manager I work with demonstrate great leadership, sincerity in caring for their team, and fully engaged in seeking new talent.

Cons

The process to extend offer letters was difficult for me to grasp, but with practice I was able to figure out the system and now move the process smoothly.

Base salary is too low for the cost of living in San Diego, commission is also not a large enough incentive
