Pros

absolutely nothing. It was hell working there.

Cons

extremely toxic culture (back stabbing, gossiping, blame games), inept employees and managers, horrible pay, terrible upper management. Their high turnover rate is the proof of what a terrible company this is. Including my manager and even her manager hated their jobs. I must also add they were terrible managers themselves, it was all about their political savvy at the company. This company is so unprofessional that I had to call them multiple times for them to verify my employment there when my prospective employer was running a background check on me. I also had to spend countless hours with them to get paid the money they owed me. I am so fed up with their BS, next time they do something like this, I am going to file a former complaint about them

We’re grateful you took the time to share your feedback, but we’re sorry that your impressions of working here are so far removed from the culture and values that Axos is built on. We encourage team members to be emotionally involved in their work and to have a positive mental attitude. We define character as one of our core values, and see trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, and caring as the five pillars upon which character rests. And while we champion superior individual performance, we also recognize that our success rests on teamwork. Finally, the culture in our Marketing team has changed dramatically over the last 2 years following a reorganization and management change. This has resulted in stronger collaboration, better communication, and greater opportunities for career advancement. It’s clear that your perception is different, and we hope you find a better fit.

Pros

This is an exciting time to be in digital banking and Axos is a great place for people who are self-motivated and resourceful. It’s a meritocracy, which means you really do get out what you put in. Benefits are good. Bonuses are awarded fairly.

Cons

The culture isn’t for everyone. Not sure that’s a con, though.
