Like other publicly traded companies, we aim to provide an attractive return to our shareholders. That said, we’re about more than making money. Our mission is Banking Evolved: we believe in liberating people from the constraints of traditional banking. We’re disruptive, and we believe that success is earned. We offer a competitive compensation package that comprises a base salary and merit-based bonuses that are paid out twice a year (unfortunately, how much tax is withheld from those bonus payments is not our doing).
