Working at Axos Bank has been a great experience. It has helped me grow as an individual and form a clear idea of my career path. I enjoy learning new things every day and I am happy that I have the support from my supervisors when needed. Not only do I enjoy my job because of my responsibilities but also because of the nice work environment. Employees at Axos Bank are pretty friendly and are always happy to assist which makes it easy to learn new things every day. Within the Consumer Deposit Contact Center, you do not experience the same situations everyday. There is always a new opportunity to learn and develop. The team (management, supervisor and colleagues) is professional, fun and pleasant to work with. The management/supervisor team is dynamic, knowledgeable and resourceful and willing to help agents achieve department, organizational goals. You are able to communicate with management and supervisors without feeling like there is a closed door policy. Every body works together as a team to achieve individual and department goals. There is an opportunity to earn an hourly income and maximize your income with commission.
