Pros

Some parts of the work were interesting, but none of it was worth enduring the toxic atmosphere this place creates.

Cons

- The workplace was buried in unnecessary formalities that made everything harder than it needed to be - Red tape constantly got in the way and made it nearly impossible to work efficiently - Productivity took a massive hit because of the constant delays and restrictions - Junior employees had no voice at all, even though we were the ones dealing with the daily pressure - The leadership kept making promises about fixing things, but never followed through, which only made everything worse

The banking industry operates within a highly regulated framework, driven by the need to protect consumers and maintain a stable, secure financial system. All Team Members, regardless of tenure or title, are encouraged to bring suggestions where there is room for improvement.

Pros

This company has nothing special to offer you.

Cons

Toxicity is rampant in the work atmosphere of Axos Bank. This company is just not a good place to work for due to the negative and stressful work environment. And this kind of environment is created by the hostile and negative attitude of the management. I would never recommend working for this horrible company.

The Junior Banking Analyst (formerly called Junior Credit Analyst) program is meant to provide recent graduates with accelerated opportunities for exposure and learning which is one of the highlights of the program. Analysts have the opportunity to do real meaningful work and are given more responsibility than is typical for entry-level roles. The program is designed for those who want the opportunity to dive in and learn through hands-on work and are excited to tackle new challenges. Most analysts complete 3-4 rotations within the scope of the program. The most successful analysts are those that take the initiative to engage themselves in additional projects to help drive automation and efficiencies and can thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Pros

I’ve recently join Axos team and I can say the balance is positive, environment is good and coworkers make a great team and support each other. There are a lot of opportunities to learn and resolve problems, so if you like to work, this is a good place.

Cons

Onboarding process on first day was good, but after, for the next weeks it could improve. Also, everything is important and high priority, so it’s not easy to concentrate.
