3yAt Axos, we have been continually improving our Career Pathing opportunities. In the last 6 months, we have had 22 Direct Bankers transfer to 17 different areas, including Loan Servicing, Invest, Consumer Lending, Data Analytics, and more. Our Career Pathing now provides the transparency of knowing what requirements are needed for every role at Axos.

4yWe are working hard to keep up with the growth at Axos and our growing staffing needs. We did not worry about cutbacks or that we would lose any benefits, and we worked hard to keep up with the demands of our jobs. Our management training has been reinstated. As a meritocracy, we believe that success is earned. We reward individuals on the basis of their achievements. As stated in our first value, if something is getting in the way of your full emotional involvement in your work and impacting your ability to have a positive attitude, it is your responsibility to discuss this with your manager.
