Pros

There's the paycheck, especially if you need it.

Cons

Ask 'em about the turnover. Ask 'em about their integrity.

Pros

- Employee Engagement Committee tries - family and employee events, occasional free meals and snacks - Free parking downtown - Relaxed-ish environment - Laptop - Office moving out west so if you live out that way it’s a pro

Cons

- Despite having a laptop we have to drag home every night, working from home isn’t allowed unless of course it’s beyond your 40+ hours a week in the office - Going into the office to sit on Teams meetings all day. - High turnover means those who left are overworked. Lots of knowledgeable folks running away. - Technology infrastructure is terrible, even basic Microsoft products are slow to use. Have to enter issues into a ticketing system that MAY get addressed that month so end up having to troubleshoot a lot on my own or work around issues. - No career track, professional development, continuing education - nothing to help you grow your career or become a more knowledgeable employee. - Axos Bank drives a lot of what happens at Axos Clearing. They’re located in San Diego and heaven forbid you need anything from them before 10 am pacific time but they have no problem scheduling meetings or sending urgent emails well into the evening for those of us further east. They’re very process and numbers driven to the point workflows are extremely inefficient. The Bank employees don’t understand our industry but pretend like we’re the same (we’re not) so try to apply the same solutions. **Highly recommend reading the reviews for Axos Bank too**

Pros

Good coffee machines, decent snacks, adequate parking. Greg seems like a decent guy but he is very greedy and narcissistic.

Cons

Constant surveillance. Culture of distrust of employees. Secretive management culture that is self-congratulatory and systematically avoids accountability for failing to nurture and retain good employees.

Thanks for providing feedback. In today’s business environment, cyber threats are constantly evolving, and financial institutions are among the most highly targeted industries. So to us, constant surveillance and monitoring of our networks are a badge of honor: Our customers and shareholders would expect nothing less. Under the leadership of our CEO, Axos' annual earnings per share have risen from 12 cents in FY2008 – his first year at the company – to $3.56 in FY2021, a nearly 30-fold increase (https://www.macrotrends.net/stocks/charts/AX/axos-financial,-inc/eps-earnings-per-share-diluted). We hope you've found a better fit.
